NCS, CEQUREX AND TWOFIVE SIGN MOU TO ADVANCE POST-QUANTUM CRYPTOGRAPHY IN VIETNAM
The collaboration between NCS, CeQureX and TwoFive aims to promote the research and deployment of Post-Quantum Cryptography solutions, helping organizations in Vietnam prepare for emerging cybersecurity challenges in the quantum era.

On February 26, 2026, National Cyber Security Technology Corporation (NCS), CeQureX, and TwoFive Vietnam officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration to research and implement Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) solutions in Vietnam.

Under the agreement, the three organizations will work together to explore, develop, and promote advanced cryptographic technologies designed to help enterprises and institutions strengthen the protection of their information systems against emerging cybersecurity risks in the age of quantum computing.
During the signing session, representatives from the three organizations also discussed long-term cooperation initiatives focused on technology research, knowledge sharing, and the gradual deployment of next-generation cybersecurity solutions. The collaboration aims to support organizations in building secure and resilient digital infrastructure capable of adapting to future technological developments.
