1. Job Description:

Technology and Market Research

• Research and stay updated on technological trends in the field of Information Security/Cybersecurity.
• Analyze international markets to propose products and services that align with each market’s requirements and the company’s internal capabilities.

Customer Consulting

• Consulting and Designing Technical Solutions
• Analyze customer needs and provide consultancy, design, and propose technical solutions tailored to customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to present and advise customers on solutions.
• Work with the Technical department to determine appropriate implementation plans that align customer requirements with the company’s current products and services.
• Designing Technical and Bidding Documentation Prepare technical documents and participate in bidding processes if necessary.

Build a Service Delivery Model for Customers

• Develop methodologies, processes, and standards for international service deployment.
• Establish resource development models for international projects.
• Propose tools, systems, and infrastructure to support international projects.

Manage and Deliver Customer Services

• Develop detailed project plans (scope, timeline, cost, risks, stakeholders).
• Manage project execution, address issues, and report progress. Provide periodic and final project reports.

2. Job Requirements:

Professional Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of the Cybersecurity market.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity products and services.
• Knowledge of technological trends in the Cybersecurity industry.

Essential Skills

• Planning and organizational skills.
• Management and leadership abilities.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Presales Manager.
• Experience in the Global Cybersecurity market is preferred. Other Requirements

Other Requirements

• Proficient in English communication.
• Knowledge of bidding processes and local contract regulations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand…) is preferred.
