Global Account Manager

  1. Job Description:
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitors to develop strategies for approaching and generating leads.
  • Acquire new clients via multiple channels such as direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Attend networking events to explore and connect with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Propose product or service upgrades that align with client needs and interests.
  • Prepare business proposals and contracts to secure additional revenue from clients.
  • Negotiate terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collect client feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated on market trends to ensure product offerings remain relevant.

 

2. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in technology sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions, is an advantage.
  • Intuitive understanding of human behavior and client needs.
  • Proven ability to identify pain points and suggest relevant products or services to generate revenue.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • English efficiency in 4 skills
  • Resourceful and excellent research capabilities.
